It's Christmas with a little advance for fans of Madonna , although for the singer, this gift leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.
The Queen of Pop 56 years unveiled six songs from his 13th studio album, Rebel Heart
, which include 19 in total after unfinished demos of some of his songs have leaked on the web last week, a move that the singer called "artistic rape" and "form of terrorism."
The titles are available on iTunes since Saturday, five days before Christmas. One of them, titled "Bitch, I'm Madonna," is a duet with hip-hop star Nicki Minaj .
Other titles will be available on February 9, according to a statement posted on the official website of Madonna.
"The decision to exit these securities earlier than expected is due to the flight of several unfinished demos earlier this week," it said.
"I was hoping to get my new single," Living For Love ", the day of Valentine's Day and the rest of the album in the spring," wrote the singer. "I'd rather my fans to hear the finished version of some titles instead of uncompleted securities circulating on the web. We can say that these six songs are a Christmas present a little early."
His manager, Guy Oseary , had implored fans on Twitter late November: "I would be grateful to all the fans of madonna that could give us information to find those responsible for the leak We appreciate your help. ".
It is not known if he spoke of these securities leaked the album.
