And the glamour model certainly outdid herself on Wednesday as she arrived at a photocall to promote her new book, Make My Wish Come True, wearing the most revealing fairy costume the world has probably ever seen.

With her boobs pushed up so much one could hold a magic wand between them, Katie, 36, flashed that white smile to the cameras while her family watched from the side.
